Our focus
Finance Process Hub exists to help finance and shared-services leaders strengthen their Order-to-Cash (O2C) function — from order management and credit, through billing and cash application, to collections, disputes and reporting.
We combine practical process consulting with a structured competency framework, so improvement work is grounded in a clear view of where teams stand today and what good performance looks like for each role.
About the founder
Finance Process Hub is built on direct, operational experience of running and transforming Order-to-Cash teams.
Our founder has worked extensively across the Order-to-Cash cycle — managing receivables portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and steering finance functions through major ERP implementations and BPO transitions.
That experience — what works, what doesn't, and where teams typically struggle — is the foundation for both the consulting and advisory services offered through Finance Process Hub, and for the Order-to-Cash competency framework at the heart of our assessment and training work.
